London Garden Office, London. This is a new addition to the range of Garden Retreat Garden Offices and Garden Rooms
The ‘London’ Garden Office is 6.2m wide x 3.6m deep with a 2.8m wide x 600mm deep recess which houses a Bi-folding Aluminium door in anthracite grey. Within the entrance to the building there is a decked area and porch lights built into the porch area.
This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external timber clad with cedar shiplap and bitumen paper. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm polystyrene and a grooved 12mm inner ply to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls is 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 12mm ply floor which can either be carpeted or a vinyl floor can be installed for a hard wearing and easy clean option. In this instance the floor has been carpeted.
The roof is insulated and comes with an inner ply, metal Rolaclad roof (available in grey, green or black) and internal spot lights. Also within the electrics pack there is consumer unit, 4 double sockets and a switch. We can as an option install sockets with built in USB charging points and external spots to light up the porch area.
As an additional option this building has Bluetooth connectivity and speakers recessed into the ceiling.
This particular model was supplied with one set of 2800mm wide anthracite grey aluminium multi-lock bi-fold doors and two 600mm x 900mm anthracite grey uPVC windows which provides a modern look and lots of light. In addition, you can choose other windows and doors, colours and sizes if required. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.
The external Cedar clad has been coated with Rystix and internally the walls have been painted and colour coded to provide a contemporary clean finish.
