Garden Offices Ringwood. Mr & Mrs S contacted Garden Retreat interested in our Modern Cedar Clad Garden Office to be installed in the back garden. They we specifically interested in a large building split into two to provide a gym area and leisure room / bar. The building is clad in Western Red Cedar and installed onto an insulated deck supported by ground screws.

THE BASE
THE BUILD
This Modern Cedar Clad Garden Office is constructed using an external 18mm horizontal cedar cladding and bitumen paper. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex and a grooved 12mm inner ply to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls is 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 12mm ply floor which a choice of 4 laminate floor options
The roof is insulated and comes with an inner ply, metal roof covering, underfelt and internal spot lights or flush mounted LED light panels. Also within the electrics pack there is consumer unit, 3 double sockets (brushed stainless or white), a switch and external spots to light up the porch area. The gym area has its own switch, lights and sockets.
This particular model was supplied with one set of aluminium 2.8m bi-fold doors, half glazed door to the gym and 3 windows which provides a modern look and lots of light. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows / doors and electrics to be positioned.
