The Lyndhurst Composite Garden Office and Garden Room is a garden building requiring ZERO maintenance, it never needs painting or treating, just a light rinse with a hose to remove any residual dirt, it doesn’t get any easier than that!

They come in 6 sizes with a range of standard window and door options including French doors, bi-fold doors and sliding doors. Please also note we can also provide bespoke sizes and additional window and door combinations.

The Lyndhurst Composite Garden Office and Garden Room is supplied as an easy ‘self-install’ building and comes with full instructions and all parts are clearly marked, we do however recommend the erector is a competent ‘DIYer’.

The design of the building allows the ‘customer’ to install the electrics to suit your needs, insulate and board with any material you choose and with a range of composite cladding colours and window colours you can tailor the building to suit your exact requirements.  We can also supply a roof lantern as part of the design which looks fantastic.

The structure is manufactured with pressure treated 75mm x 50mm timbers throughout, with a breathable membrane, 25mm external air gap with the composite cladding attached to external battens.

To ensure the cladding is secure and watertight on the connections we install high performance powder coated corner, end and butt joint trims to guarantee high strength and waterproof joints with no distortion, cracking or warping. They also come in matching colours to suit the cladding colour range.

The composite wood grained external cladding does not contain wood fibres or organic materials so just by its very nature is resistant to rot, decay, and attack by insects. It will not absorb moisture, expand or contract and ultimately will not split or crack.

With excellent wind and hail impact resistance the wood-grain embossed matt finished boards and aluminium powder coated trims provide an extremely high quality product.

Finally, the Lyndhurst Garden Office and Garden Room windows and doors are extremely secure with steel reinforced profiles, multi-lock doors and a ridged construction. Overall your garden building will ensure the contents will be safe and secure.
